SHOOT TRADE MARK
August 8, 2008IPC Media Ltd and Pedigree Group Ltd jointly confirm the completion of the sale and purchase of the SHOOT Trade Mark and intellectual property portfolio and associated brand goodwill owned by IPC Media Ltd. Today's statement follows the earlier statement of June 16 2008 from IPC Media when it confirmed both companies were in exclusive and advanced stage negotiations to effect the sale and purchase."
